Tronway Won the Bid of Wet Bench Tools of SiC Production Line And Signed Contract

In a recent tender, an S.C subsidiary company, Tronway Changzhou Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as: Tronway), took the lead in the comprehensive technical and commercial evaluation, and won the order of wet bench tools for a complete semiconductor SiC production line and successfully completed the contract signing.

The success in winning the tender marks that the Tronway products, 6/8 Inch Batch-Type & Single Wafer Automatic Wet Etching/Cleaning Tools, have already covered all sections of SiC device etching & cleaningprocesses and are capable of replacing foreign equipment. Since its establishment in 2020, relying on S.C Group to share talents and technologies, Tronway focuses on integrating wet process technologies and resources of our country and other countries, and introducing expert teams from South Korea, Japan, etc. By always trying to overcome difficulties, and innovating independently, Tronway has achieved remarkable results.

Tronway's 6/8 Inch Automatic Wet Etching/Cleaning Tool has clear advantages. First, the equipment has excellent particle removal capability, metal contamination control capability and etching uniformity control capability. Second, the equipment is composed of a high proportion of domestic components, and its mass production capability has been verified by several top FAB factories to have cost advantages.
